Our area rug cleaning services are available for all makes and styles of area rugs up to 10 feet in width. From handmade to machine loomed, from Persian to homemade rag rugs, our operation can handle any type of weave and material fiber.

Rug Inspection

We inspect every area rug before cleaning, searching for damage, fading colors, stains or different issues that may require extraordinary treatment. Photos are taken of each rug and worn, or damaged areas are noted and may be reinforced prior to cleaning. Rugs are mechanically dusted to expel loose dirt and debris before cleaning, and soiled areas and spots are pre-treated as necessary.

Area Rug Cleaning Process

Rugs are thoroughly cleaned using a combination of high-pressure wash and rotary action to thoroughly remove set-in oil residues, food and beverage spills and pet stains. High water content and controlled washing procedures expel ground in soils, stains, and offensive odors. Excess water is expelled using our patented centrifuge extractor which removes all remaining contaminants including any residual urine.  Rugs are then hung and dried in our temperature controlled, flow-through drying room, generally in a matter of hours. Once completely dry every rug is re-inspected, brushed, vacuumed, and prepared to look it’s very best.
